Greeting to the ones who are with “Brdide Corporation” today! 

Back then in 1991, together with two friends, we established a company called “Bridge”, symbolizing the significance of intellectual relations between people, institutes, and countries in the business field. Our initial operations were engaged in translation and brokering activities.

Now we have a strong presence in the market and provide a range of services including car sales, services, sales for genuine spare parts & accessories, diagnosis, maintenance & service of vehicles and sales for heavy equipment spare parts & OTR tire in the commercial sector. 

Also, we supply medicine, supplement products, operates pharmacy chain stores, medical & training equipment, and cosmetics products in the health industry. In addition, as a multifaceted corporation, we operate in the fields of geology & mining exploration, nomadic animal husbandry, renewable energy production, and road construction. 

2023 will mark our company’s 32nd anniversary. Although 30 years is not such a long time in the organizational history, in the future, we will facilitate our operations to introduce principles of good corporate governance into the company’s philosophy in our midterm plan, to build a team with ethical employees with international-level skills, the right attitude, dedication, and reach our goals to make world-renowned brands by developing export and domestic production to replace import and improve living standards of Mongolians. 

A successful corporate-wide major restructuring took place in 2016. From 2018 to 2021 after this restructuring, the corporation’s total sales increased 4 times and the total profit increased 5 times. All these achievements and the expansion of our business activities are the direct results of the hard work, dedication of our passionate, gifted employees, as well as the support and cooperation of our valued customers, clients, and consumers. 

In the medium term, we aim to increase our total sales 3 times. Our team prioritizes customer satisfaction, supports the personal and skill development of our staff and emotional and material well-being, and values the trust of our clients. Hereby we declare the multi-aspect philosophy of being a contributor to the brightest future of our country and mother earth, a relentless achiever towards fair competition which is an important factor of institutional development, a fearless achiever who achieves his goals, a strong entrepreneur, an enforcer of optimal social responsibility policy, an innovator with high productivity and the leading company in the region.

The management team will support our employees’ initiatives to discover and develop their personal as well as professional talents and skills. As a result, our mission and vision will be achieved. 

We define the main direction of implementation in the medium term as the New DEAL(2026) of BRAND and the NEW BRAND. In the implementation of qualitative and quantitative goals, our company will adhere to two main strategies: constantly updating its operations through MARKET IN management and contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs-sustainable development goals-17). 

Only a few people might believe that the worldwide rapid social and economic changes will ultimately return to their normal states prior to the COVI D-19 outbreak. During the COVID-19 pandemic, as human movements and interactions were restricted due to mass lockdowns, digital transformation accelerated in all sectors of the economy and society, and activities based on digital technology took an influential place. 

I want to point out that this economic digitalization requires business sectors, especially our staff to work even faster and quicker. Although the pandemic is slowing down, ideological and geo-economic conflicts between world superpowers are intensifying, and war emerged in a near region, taking the precious lives of thousands of people. This brutal and violent action should not happen in the 21st century. Our company must be supporters of democracy, legal governance, peace, human rights, liberty, and justice at all times!
